REFUNDS, RETURNS & SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY

📦 Josspure LLC Shipping Protection

At checkout, we offer Josspure Shipping Protection, an optional add-on that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If Shipping Protection is purchased, we will replace or refund your order quickly and stress-free.

  • If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Josspure is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and no refunds or replacements can be issued.

How Much Is Shipping

  • We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Shipping starts at $5.60 and may vary based on your location and package weight.
  • Our shipping processing time is 0-3 days. Most of our orders ship the same day or the following day. 
  • Orders $60 or plus ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to ensure your order is fully covered.

💸 90-Day Guarantee (Unused & Unopened Items)

We offer a 90-day guarantee on unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

If your purchase isn’t right for you, and the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible, you must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods that have been opened or used

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, email us and we’ll gladly guide you.

📦 Damages & Issues (With Shipping Protection)

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you purchased Josspure Shipping Protection and your item arrives damaged or defective email us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, we cannot replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged items.

One very important thing to note:

1)  A loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is the customer's responsibility. In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to Josspure LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

2) Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one. The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.

3) Josspure LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.

🌍 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days pass after return approval, please contact us at mail@josspure.com.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem
